Fides Viva receives email at contactus@fidesviva.org, in any of the six languages of the portal.

• Corrections

  To report an error, it helps to name the page and the language, and the passage, the verse or the minute of the video and, if possible, the source that contradicts it. This goes for the whole portal, the readings, the Bible, the calendar, the saints of the day and their lives. Every report is checked against the sources, and what is confirmed is corrected.

• Suggestions

  Suggestions for the portal, of saints, of topics for the Church History series or of conversion stories, are all read. The lives of the saints follow the liturgical calendar, so a suggestion of a saint may take a while to be published.

• Collaborations and press

  Proposals for collaboration, press requests and questions about using texts or images from the portal come in through the same address.

• Replies

  Everything that arrives is read, although it is not always possible to reply to every message. The details of those who write are used only to reply, as the Privacy page explains.
